Description
Senior Programme Coordinator required for busy organisation based in central Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have previous events & conference management experience & who have strong administrative skills.
The Role:-
- Identify business & conference venues for all events & day to day management of projects.
- Raise sponsorship in kind; venues, office services etc.
- Purchase & maintain local stationary etc.
- Managing office schedule & diary.
- Organise meetings for Operations Manager.
- Provide effective secretarial support to Line Manager.
- Answer incoming calls &deal with effectively.
This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have 1st class communication skills, have a strong IT & administrative background & who have previous conference and events backgrounds. You will be highly organised & available to work on a temporary to permanent basis.
