Salary: 50k O.T.E. Uncapped
Enthusiastic, ambitious and motivated individual required to run a team of high performance door to door canvassers for the UK’s no.1 Energy Savings company based in the West Midlands.
It is essential that you will come from a residential door to door field sales background and have demonstrated leadership, training and mentoring skills in your recent work history or alternatively can demonstrate outstanding sales performance plus the ability to lead. As an Area Sales Manager for the business you will be required to ensure that the performance of your team remains high by leading from the front in the field.
Who are we?
As a company we offer subsidised energy saving products such as cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, renewable energy, central heating, smart meters, windows & doors and shortly utility switching advice. We are working with well-established clients who already have strong names in the industry and we are now looking to expand our rapidly growing sales force.
In addition to generating your own business, some of your duties will include training canvassers how to call on potential customers offering the benefits of Government Grants for the various energy products and then training the surveyors how to carry out the relevant survey.

Training provided. Full UK Driving licence and own car required.
