RENT:

To rent this business, you can do so for a charge of £30.00 per day.

Tax Efficient – rentals are classed as a revenue expense and are 100% deductive against taxable profits

Cash Flow – outright purchases can often cause disruption to a business cash flow. A rental facility eases this pain, allowing for affordable fixed weekly payments.

Increased Profitability – the purpose of acquiring a new trailer is to increase the profitability and efficiency of the business. If a company waits until funds become available to purchase, they might not exploit the opportunity to increase profits immediately.

Edge Against Inflation – As the term of the rental agreement progresses and equipment prices rise, the rentals do not. They will be fixed at the outset of the contract.

The minimum hire period is 3 months (12 weeks) and we will require the full rental cost for the inital hire period. Any extensions of hire after the 3 months can be paid weekly.
